Tilapia Fish Tacos with Arugula RecipeI made these for dinner last night, and wow wow po! Simply awesome - a wonderful mix of flavors and textures wow gold. This was so refreshing, like something you have at a 5 star spa. I did tweak a few things - mostly just to make use of things I had on hand. I used Greek yogurt in place of the creme fraiche, and it worked out beautifully. I also used canola oil cooking spray on the wontons instead of the oil itself - just trying to make things a little more figure friendly. My husband wasn crazy about the wonton cups, but commented that he love to try them in just ordinary tortillas. And I would definitely NOT leave out the wasabi - it the perfect accompaniment, and just a little bit of heat, but not overwhelming. This is definitely a keeper - thank you again, Giada!!!!!!These were really simple to make with not a lot of ingredients! I made them for just my husband and I but they would be very easy to make for a crowd and simple to add your own twist to. But that why the recipe is so great! It is really easy to make with easy to find ingredients that you can always modify if you need to, plus a little goes a long way in these tacos, so it ends up being inexpensive.
